What is your turnaround time?
For our "Essential Polish" resume service, the standard turnaround is 48 hours (2 business days). For the "Career Transformer" and full coaching packages, we typically require 3-5 business days to ensure we capture every detail of your profile accurately. Rush options are available upon request.
Do you work with non-tech roles?
While we specialize in technical roles (Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers, DevOps), we have successfully helped professionals in tech-adjacent fields like Digital Marketing, Customer Success, and IT Sales. If you work in the tech industry, we can help you.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with the first draft of your resume, we will revise it until you are satisfied. Because our products are digital services and knowledge-based, we generally do not offer full cash refunds once the work has been delivered, but we will work with you to make it right.
How do we communicate during the process?
Once you book a service, you will receive an onboarding email with a link to a secure portal. There, you can upload your current resume and answer a few career questions. We communicate primarily via email for efficiency, but "Job Search Accelerator" clients also get weekly 1:1 video strategy calls.
